Cost Is Not An Issue!
These days what can we say actually cost $10? A burger and fries; maybe an afternoon drink (and only if its an happy hour special) or if health conscious you can get a small smoothie. Other than that your choices get very limited. When renting, you can add renters insurance to the list. (See Renters Insurance 101) For an average $8 to $12 per month in most cases, renters insurance will provide complete coverage of all personal property within your place. Renters insurance is more affordable than you think and the assistance it provides is invaluable. Ask yourself the following questions:
- Can you afford to replace all of your personal property?
- Do you have a roommate?
- Is your apartment/home connected to another unit?
If you answered yes to any one of these questions then renters insurance is worth consideration. Even if you currently have renters insurance, its worth comparing new rates.
If you own …compare home and/or condo rates as well.
