Redefining the Dream- the WSJ confirms what Tenants Direct Already Knew
A while ago, I wrote a post on redefining what homeownership means to people. I focused on the young middle class American, however it seems that no matter their socioeconomic background people are deciding to live on their own terms. For some, that no longer means living in a home that is more grand than their family really needs and using their extra savings for travel and investments. Some are choosing to rent, many are finding that they can buy a 3,000 square foot home instead of a 5,000 square foot one and for the super wealthy they’re figuring out that maybe the $ 1.2 million home will work just as well as a home worth $10 million. Apparently the WSJ agrees with what Tenants Direct has already forecasted: live, work and play on your own terms. Read more.
